Sparring classes are offered on an optional basis as a valuable and enjoyable supplement to the traditional martial arts training.  Sparring helps the student:

- develop better timing

- gain a better understanding of an adversary's movements

- improve reflexes

- improve determination and perseverance

- learn to apply techniques in a more dynamic and unpredictable

  environment

- get another good workout

- prepare for tournament competition, if that is desired

- become a more complete martial artist

It is also safe and a lot of fun, especially when taught by someone as qualified as Sensei Frank Sasso

Adult and Junior Students - Thursday 6:00-6:55 pm

Youth and Little Dragons - Monday 4:00-4:55 pm

Advanced Sparring Class - Tuesday 8:15-9:00 pm
